How is this different from Ampad’s recycled products?
Recycled content can be either PRE-CONSUMER (any trimmings or scrap from the manufacturing process) or POST-CONSUMER (old newspapers, packaging, etc). Certified content CAN contain recycled material or it can be 100% newly harvested paper.
What does Certified Content mean?
Forest certification integrates the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the protection of wildlife, plants, soils, and water.
What is SFI?
The Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) program is internationally recognized and is one of the fast growing forest certification programs with over 160 million acres (60 million hectares) of SFI-certified forests across North America.
